Personal Training for Pregnancy, Postnatal and Beyond.
PERSONAL TRAINING FOR WOMEN
I’m Sally Wilson, a fully qualified Personal Trainer helping women in the Richmond, Twickenham and Teddington areas to become fitter, stronger, happier and more confident with their bodies as they go on their journey through pregnancy, early-motherhood and beyond.

With our busy lives, it is often looking after ourselves that gives way as work and family commitments crowd in, so with a fitness programme uniquely tailored to you, I will help you to feel great and able to handle the rest of life’s challenges.

Exercise helps you achieve greater body confidence and it is proven that as well as improving physical health it also has massive mental health benefits, which in turn make you, and those closest to you, happier.

My personalised programmes focus on preparing your body for the physical changes all women go though - it’s never too late to start or regain your fitness.

I offer 1-2-1 and small group personal training in your home or garden and I provide all the necessary equipment, making our sessions together time-efficient and focused entirely on you.
WHY WORK WITH ME?
I have always been passionate about health and fitness and office life really wasn't for me, so in 2009 I left the world of publishing behind and retrained as a Personal Trainer.
My first job after qualifying was with Nuffield Health Gym in Wimbledon where I gained valuable experience adding, amongst other things, Suspension Training, Kettlebells and VIPR to my kit bag. However, I quickly realised that I had much to offer outside of the traditional gym environment and a desire to run my own business around my family life. And so, Sally Wilson Personal Training was born, offering mobile personal training to women at all stage of their lives.
Now, as the mum of two boys, born in 2011 and 2013, I have the personal experience of how your body and mindset changes as you grow older and how hard it is to fit everything in once children come along.
I am fully insured, hold a REPS Level 3 Advanced Personal Training Diploma which includes additional qualification in Pre & Postnatal Exercise and Active Ageing.
I am also a graduate of Burrell Education, completing The Modern Post Natal assessment & Exercise prescription course in 2015.

POLLY,
on Post-Natal Training
Sally helped take me from zero exercise, a heap of aches and pains and got me back into my weekly routine.

She checked my diastasis, and general fitness levels, to tailor a programme just for me and my specific issues and goals.
She managed to strike exactly the right balance between making the sessions the right mix between building up strength and feeling like I was working, but not being too overwhelming.
So encouraging, so wise, just brilliant!
MARIE-CECLIE,
on Pre-Natal Training
When I got pregnant I didn’t want to stop exercising but wanted to do it in the best way for me and my baby, and the minute I met Sally, I immediately felt in good hands.

Sally was very supportive throughout my pregnancy and postnatal phase.
All my concerns were addressed, every session was different and ensured a full body workout.
It is a real pleasure to train with Sally.
JANINE,
on Post-Natal Training
Getting back into shape after baby number two wasn’t easy for me, especially with my large abdominal separation.
Sally is brilliant at training me in a way that attends to my healing needs rather than aggravate it.
Sally is so approachable and knowledgeable, I feel really safe training in her hands.
Saturday mornings have never been so challenging or so satisfying.
LAUREN,
on Post-Natal Training
After both of my babies, I had some sessions with Sally which have been really beneficial and enjoyable at the same time.
Sally is very knowledgeable about what exercises are suitable postnatally (no high impact cardio!) and tailors the sessions to your specific needs.
It was great to be able to do exercise in the comfort of my own home with my baby here....and Sally is a natural with little ones so they stay happy whilst you are exercising!
I would really recommend Sally.
