A women specific training programme to help you exercise effectively as you hit your 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond! 


To avoid the ‘middle-age spread’ (a horrible term!) we need to change from the types of exercise that worked in our 20s & 30s (i.e long runs) to more functional exercise working on balance, strength and flexibility as well as aerobic fitness. 


Exercise is proven to ease some of the more negative symptoms of the menopause so it's a good time to improve your fitness. It is also important at this stage to build-in exercises that combat the loss of bone density and thereby reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.


My programmes focus on sensible resistance/weight training, with some HIIT and flexibility work - all tailored to your current fitness level.

This programme helps you navigate fitness and achieve your goals ensuring you to live an enjoyable, fit and healthy life well into your later years.


How does it work?


  • Firstly, we have our initial consultation over the phone where we can find out a bit more about each other and together we can decide what kind of training you need.

  • If you decide to go ahead, our first session includes a full body assessment.

  • Your time is precious and so I come direct to your home with all necessary equipment allowing you to work out in private and at a time that suits you.


I live in Teddington with my two young boys and work exclusively with women in the local area so I really understand local life. By working together I will help you feel stronger and happier.

I also provide Personal Training Programmes for fitness during Pregnancy, New Mums, and Not-so-new Mums. I also work with small-groups, ideal for friends who'd like to share the cost.
