You will then be able to schedule in your FIRST SESSION* 

and choose and PAY for a MEMBERSHIP PLAN of 6, 10 or 12 sessions. 

Before our first session together I will contact you so we can discuss your individual needs, and I will ask you to complete a short pre-training questionnaire.
