MOBILE PRENATAL PERSONAL TRAINING IN RICHMOND
Exercise during pregnancy can be so much more than swimming and yoga!
This unique, personally tailored programme of 6, 8 or 10 private 1-2-1 personal training sessions focuses on safely preparing your body for the physical changes all women go though during pregnancy. It’ll help you get fitter and stronger for birth and ready to recover more quickly in the post-natal period.
By adding strength training using resistance bands and suitable weights, we will improve your posture, help you carry your bump more comfortably and increase your stamina.
Working together, we will ease some of the common pregnancy issues and worries such as back pain & excessive weight gain, and help you to become stronger and better able to cope as your body changes and your baby grows.
How does it work?
Firstly, we have our initial consultation over the phone where we can find out a bit more about each other and together we can decide what kind of training you need.
If you decide to go ahead, you can book your first session and pay for your chosen programme using the book now section of the website.
Whether your expecting your first baby or if you’ve already got children to care for, your time is valuable, so I come direct to your home with all necessary equipment allowing you to work out in private and at a time that suits you.
I moved to Teddington while I was pregnant with my second son (and my first son was a rampaging toddler) and I provide at home personal training for with women in the Richmond,
Kew, Twickenham, and Teddington areas. I really understand local life and what it’s like to be an expectant Mum. By working together I will help you feel stronger and happier (and I can recommend all the best baby and toddler groups!).
