MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING FOR
Whether you had your baby 1, 5 or even 10 years ago, it’s never too late to get your fitness game on!
Having growing children provides new challenges around how and when to fit exercise into your busy life, which is why I come direct to your house, at a time that suits you, meaning you can workout in the most effective and time efficient way.
For some women all the postnatal issues will be long in the past but for others the saying ‘once postnatal always postnatal’ rings true and we will need to start with some vital core strengthening work to provide you with a strong foundation on which to build.
This bespoke programme is for mums who feel now is the time to get fit, feel strong and want to able to keep up with the physical demands of being a busy mum - as well as providing your children with a great healthy & happy mum as a role model.
These sessions are an hour to yourself and time solely focused on YOU and YOUR health and wellbeing!
Why have private one-to-one training at home with a mobile personal trainer?
Your time is valuable so I come to you with all necessary equipment, allowing you to work out in private and at a time that suits your work and family routine.
Our focussed, varied and fun sessions are 100% bespoke to you and your needs making them more effective than doing the same old routine at the gym.

I live in Teddington with my two young boys (now aged 5 and 7). I work exclusively with women in the local area so I really understand local life and what it’s like to be a busy working Mum (how can I fit in time to exercise!?!). By working together I will help you feel stronger, happier and energised.
I also provide Personal Training Programmes for fitness during Pregnancy, New Mums, and older women. I also work with small-groups, ideal for friends who'd like to share the cost.
