Service Description

Women specific training to help you exercise effectively as you hit your 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond! As we go through menopause we need to start building our long-term fitness to combat loss of bone density through resistance work and exercise can also help ease some of the symptoms of the menopause. To avoid the ‘middle-age spread’ (horrible term!) we need to change from the types of exercise that worked for us in our 20s & 30s (I.e long runs) to more functional exercise working on Balance, strength as well as aerobic fitness.
