Service Description

This unique, personally tailored programme of 6, 10 or 12 1-2-1 sessions focuses on safely preparing your body for the physical changes all new Mums go though during pregnancy, getting you fitter and stronger for birth and in a position to recover quicker in the post-natal period. Exercise during pregnancy can be so much more than swimming and yoga - adding strength training using resistance bands and suitable weights will improve your posture, help you carry your bump more comfortably and increase your stamina. Working together, we will ease some of the common pregnancy issues and worries such as back pain & excessive weight gain, and help you to become stronger and able to cope as your body changes and your baby grows.
